Chief Executive Officer
Simon Willis

Simon Willis holds a BSc and an MSc in mechanical and electrical engineering and has extensive experience in the aggregates and construction materials industry. He joined Heidelberg Materials UK (previously Hanson UK) in October 2018 after being managing director of Eurovia Infrastructure, a position he held since 2013. Previously he served as managing director of Midland Quarry Products and before as Operations Director of Tarmac.

Alfredo Quilez

Alfredo Quilez is a mining engineer and holds an MBA. He worked for Heidelberg Materials' Spanish Business for 23 years in several senior management roles, including the last nine as finance director, before joining the UK executive team in September 2021.
